A review of what we’ve learned 🤔

We’ve covered a lot of ground this week!

We’ve learned:

  • Scripture is “breathed out by God” (theopneustos) for the purpose of equipping us (exartizo) for every good work, like an athlete trains for competition

  • The Almighty God of the universe has revealed himself to us in written form through authors guided by the Holy Spirit…and it all testifies about Jesus

  • Scripture teaches, corrects, and equips us to live out our call to:

    • Be in relationship with God

    • Represent God to the world

When we immerse ourselves in God’s Word and presence, the Spirit transforms us from the inside out!

The Bible is a gift that connects us to and invites us into the grand redemptive story God is writing — culminating in Christ.

Not only does the Bible help us navigate life today, it tells us of the future hope we have for tomorrow.

3 And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, “Behold, the dwelling place of God is with man. He will dwell with them, and they will be his people, and God himself will be with them as their God.

4 He will wipe away every tear from their eyes, and death shall be no more, neither shall there be mourning, nor crying, nor pain anymore, for the former things have passed away.”

Revelation 21:3-5

Apply and Respond: All In  🙌

As the week ends, take time to reflect on what you’ve learned.

God’s Word is alive, practical, and sufficient for every area of life.

Have you noticed any shifts in your thinking or actions this week as you’ve engaged with Scripture?

Write ✍️

Write down three ways God has used His Word to challenge or encourage you recently.

How can you build on this momentum?

Reflect 🤔

Is there a specific area where you feel God is calling you to grow deeper?

Consider creating a habit of consistent Scripture engagement — perhaps starting with a daily reading plan or Bible study group.

Challenge 📣

Share 1 thing you’ve learned this week with a friend, family member or small group.

Pray 🙏

Lord, thank you for the gift of your Word. May it shape my life, my relationships, and my mission. Help me to be faithful in learning, living, and sharing your truth. Amen.
